New Photos Online

Chestnut horse

It’s been a few months, but I’m slowly adding new photos to my online portfolios… editing does take time, but it’s worth the extra effort when you see the end results.

Today’s photos are from last fall’s trip back to West Virginia, where I was privileged to visit my grandparents’ old farm, photographing the old farmhouse before it’s gone, and to visit their graves, as well.

These are just a few of the hundreds of photos that I have added to my inventory… more to come.

Last Minute Promotion

It’s been awhile since we’ve run a free book promotion, so we’ve scheduled one freebie every month for the next four months! This month’s free Kindle book is, “While You’re Here,” which was the first book that I released back in 2013.

” When Evie Bradley agreed to fly to Franklin, Tennessee, to help her recently divorced daughter, Alex, out with childcare while she was tied up with an important legal case, Evie wasn’t expecting anything more than to spend a little time with her family.

Then, she met James McGavick, the arrogant man who lived next door…at first, the only sparks that flew between Evie and James were over the children, but it wasn’t long before there were sparks of an entirely different kind flying between them, and while Evie found herself falling hard and fast for James, he’d made it clear that he was only interested in enjoying the time they were spending together “while you’re still here.”

Could she spend time with the handsome widower strictly on his terms? Would she be able to just walk away when the time came to go back to Connecticut? Or would she go home with a broken heart? “

Don’t miss your chance to grab your Kindle copy of this book for free!

Valentine’s Day is Next Month!

Love is in the air mug

Wondering what to get that special someone for Valentine’s Day? Maybe you have the kind of relationship where you can have a little fun with what’s normally a seriously romantic day? Or maybe your relationship is new enough that you don’t want to be too serious too soon?

How about a cool coffee mug? Something fun, not too serious, but still a gift that he or she will enjoy…

Spending Christmas in Destin

Normally, I don’t like to post about the success or lack of success of my books, however, over the past couple of weeks, there has been a noticeable uptick in the popularity of the Destin Snowbirds series.  And since I’m currently working on the 4th installment, it’s nice to see the book sales picking up.

Here’s the first installment of the series:

Upcoming Specials

Winter reading season is upon us!

Curling up in a chair with a hot cup of tea and a good book is one of my favorite past times as the days continue to grow shorter (and colder).

That’s why, over the next three weeks, I will be running specials on each of my books.  The first one, Irreplaceable, starts October 24th!

Recently retired Claire Weston spent her entire life working… Essentially willingly, she’d all but given up her personal life, never marrying, voluntarily missing out on family gatherings, weekends and holidays, only to lose the man she’d worked side by side with through it all, a man nearly everyone had blatantly accused her of loving for all those years. Unable to face a professional future without him in it, Claire had promptly retired, and then, at the urging of her widowed sister, both women escaped to the sugar white sands along the Emerald Coast of Florida for a month in the sun.

Unlike Elaine, who immediately took off down the beach on their first day, Claire was content to just lie in the sun and read the days away… but that was not to be the case, as her matchmaking sister promptly arranged a dinner date for the two of them almost as soon as they arrived in town. Unable to refuse, Claire agreed to go, only to find herself alone with a man she’d barely met… would she be tempted by Nicholas Cooper’s charming personality or would she turn tail and run back to the only life she’d ever known?

Pick up your copy of Irreplaceable on the 24th!
